Real estate marketing kits: listing marketing your agents get with the photos
What a listing marketing kit is, what agents do with it, and how real estate photographers deliver one with every shoot, included or sold as an add-on.

A real estate marketing kit is the set of ready-made marketing an agent needs to promote one listing: social posts and stories, short video reels, a printable flyer and postcard, and a property website, all designed from that listing's photos. For a photographer, delivering the kit with the photos turns a gallery into the agent's whole launch.
Agents need this material for every listing, and most of them build it themselves in a design app after the photos arrive. A photographer who hands it over finished is solving the next problem on the agent's list, which is the kind of service agents book again.
What a listing marketing kit contains
The pieces map to where an agent markets a listing: social media, print and a link to share. In a Better Listing Media kit:
- Reels in 30 and 60 seconds, in 7 themed styles
- Instagram and Facebook stories, feed posts and square posts
- A feature post for each room
- A US Letter flyer (8.5 × 11 in) and a postcard (6 × 4 in) with a front and a mailing side, both as print-ready PDFs
- Web banners
- A hosted property website with an unbranded MLS tour link
One listing, every moment of the sale
A listing needs marketing more than once. The kit covers 6 listing statuses: just listed, open house, coming soon, new price, under contract and just sold. The agent picks the status and every design follows, in the same look, so the open house post matches the just listed post the buyer saw a week before.
Each status comes in 7 designed styles, from a bold statement to a quiet editorial page, so the kit can fit the agent's brand and the property rather than one template for every home.
Built from the delivery, edited once
The kit uses the photos from that listing's delivery, so there is nothing to upload twice and nothing to match by hand. The agent edits the listing details once, the price, the address, the open house time, and every design updates together. A typo fixed on the flyer is fixed on the stories too.
Where agents pick it up
On your client delivery link, next to the photos you delivered. Agents do not need an account to download their kit. Because it arrives through your delivery portal, it arrives under your brand: the agent's marketing for the listing comes from the photographer who shot it.
Include it, or sell it
There are two ways to offer kits, and you can choose per business:
- Include it: turn the kit on for your deliveries, and every agent gets one beside their photos at no charge to them. It is a reason to book you rather than someone who only sends a gallery.
- Sell it as an add-on: list the kit on your storefront's booking page at a price you set. A delivery carries the kit when its booking bought it.
What it costs you
Workspace Pro ($79 a month) includes a kit on every listing. Workspace Lite ($19 a month) includes 5 kits a month. After that you add a kit to a listing for 10 credits ($1.00).
Whether you include kits or sell them, the price you charge the agent is yours to set.
Why it brings agents back
Repeat agents are where a real estate photography business makes its margin. A kit gives the agent something they would otherwise spend an evening making, on every listing, from the photographer they already use. The next time they list, the easiest choice is the one that already does their marketing.
