What you would work on.

One account and two environments: Studio for making the media, and Workspace for running the business around it.

  1. Studio

A photo editor built for listings: tools you work by hand, and Services like HDR Merge and Virtual Twilight that you order from the dock.

How we work.

The standing rules the product is built by. If they already sound like how you work, we should talk.

  • Every control is real.

A button appears only when the thing behind it works. No “coming soon”, and no sample numbers on a real screen.

  • The photographer owns the relationship.

Their brand, their domain, their galleries and their client list. When a client pays, the money goes to the photographer.

  • Numbers are computed, never typed.

Every figure a customer sees comes from the platform’s own records, not from someone’s keyboard.

  • No charge is a surprise.

A paid tool states its cost before it runs, so a photographer in the middle of an edit always knows what it will cost.

  • Done means it works end to end.

Code that compiles is the floor. A feature is done when it has been tested end to end and shown working.

  • Professional software respects hands.

Keyboard first in Studio, shortcuts you can find, and no trip to the mouse in a task you repeat.

Open roles

No open roles right now.

When a role opens, it is listed here with its team, its location and what the work involves. If you would like us to know you before then, introduce yourself.

How hiring works.

No forms and no portal. One address, reviewed by our hiring team.

  1. Write to us

Send a short note to careers@betterlistingmedia.com: what you do, and a link to work you are proud of.

  2. Our hiring team reviews it

Every introduction is read and kept on file for the roles we open.

  3. We talk

If there is a fit, we get in touch to set up a conversation.

Help photographers get their evenings back.

Real estate photographers lose their evenings to editing after every shoot. If giving that time back is the work you want, introduce yourself.
