Pool restoration

A pool is a selling point, unless the photo caught it murky, leaf-covered, or mid-maintenance.

What Pool Restoration does.

Pools photograph badly at exactly the wrong times: early spring before opening, after a storm, or mid-treatment when the water's cloudy. In the photo, the backyard's biggest asset reads as its biggest liability.

Pool restoration returns the water to a clean, clear blue and removes surface debris, showing the pool in the maintained state it's actually kept in, not inventing one that isn't there.

The asset sells as an asset

A clear blue pool anchors the backyard shot the way it anchors the backyard.

Season-proof scheduling

List in March with the pool still winterized. The photos show summer condition.

Debris and cloudiness only

Water clarity and surface leaves get fixed; the pool's real shape, finish, and surroundings stay exactly as shot.

Graded into the scene

Water color is matched to the light of the frame so the fix doesn't announce itself.

Questions

Good questions.

Is this misleading if the pool is currently closed?

Restoring water to its maintained condition is like shooting the lawn in season: presenting a temporary state at its best. A pool that's genuinely non-functional shouldn't be presented as working; that's a disclosure issue, not an editing one.

Can you remove a pool cover?

Removing a cover to show water underneath crosses into fabricating what the camera didn't capture. We recommend shooting with the cover off, even briefly, and we'll handle the water quality.

Does it work on hot tubs and water features?

Yes. The same treatment applies to spas, fountains, and ponds in frame.
