Loyalty Program Terms

The short version

Every workspace takes part automatically. Each month you're active counts toward a loyalty badge, and each badge — plus every mark of credits you use — brings a thank-you in credits. Thank-you credits are promotional credits with no cash value. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service; if the two disagree about the program, these terms apply.

1. What “credits used” means

Credits used are the credits your workspace spends on services — orders, service runs, refinements, look previews and reference skies — less any credits returned to you by an automatic refund. Credits you receive (purchases, rewards, goodwill) are never counted as used, and neither are credits removed for any other reason, such as when a credit purchase is refunded.

2. Active months and the badge

A calendar month (UTC) is an active month when your workspace used at least 100 credits on services in it, or paid for a plan that covered it. Months don't have to be in a row. Your badge is set by your active months: Bronze at 3, Silver at 6, Gold at 12, Platinum at 24. A badge describes how long you have been an active member — it is not a rating, a review or a verification of your work.

3. Thank-you credits

• For your badge: the first time you reach each badge — Bronze (+50 credits, $5.00), Silver (+100 credits, $10.00), Gold (+250 credits, $25.00), Platinum (+500 credits, $50.00)— and then every further 12 active months after Platinum (+500 credits, $50.00).
• For credits used: the first time your workspace's credits used, over its whole life, reach 1,000 (+20 credits), 2,500 (+50 credits), 5,000 (+100 credits), 10,000 (+200 credits), 25,000 (+500 credits), 50,000 (+1,000 credits), 100,000 (+2,000 credits).
• Each thank-you is earned once, held for 7 days, and posts if what earned it still stands — your active months, or your credits used, net of any refunds since.

4. Limits

• Up to 5,000 credits ($500.00) of thank-you credits post to a workspace in any 30 days, and the program has a daily limit of 10,000 credits across all workspaces. A thank-you past either waits and posts later — it is not lost.
• A thank-you larger than a limit is reviewed by a person; one not approved within 30 days is cancelled.

5. What thank-you credits are

Thank-you credits are promotional credits. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to another workspace, and are spent like any other credit. A credit lists at $0.10, the pay-as-you-go price; the dollar figures on this page are that list value, not cash. We may cancel or reverse credits obtained by abuse — for example, spending designed only to reach a mark and then reversed — and will tell you why.

6. Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms, the badges, the thank-yous or the limits, or end the program, by updating this page. A change never alters a thank-you already earned, and if the program ends, thank-yous already earned still post.
