- What is Better Listing Media?
- Better Listing Media is real estate photography software built for photographers. Studio edits the photos: HDR merge, virtual twilight and virtual staging are ordered per image, and the editing tools sit on one rail. Workspace runs the business around each shoot: bookings, clients, branded delivery portals, invoices, team roles and the photographer's own storefront. Photo Ready 360 gets the home ready before shoot day.
- Who is Better Listing Media for?
- Real estate photographers. Studio edits the shoot, Workspace runs the business around it (bookings, clients, delivery portals, invoices) and your storefront takes bookings under your own brand. Agents don't need an account: they book you on your storefront.
- Do you edit the photos with AI?
- Yes. Studio, our AI editing product, handles HDR merging, virtual twilight, virtual staging, sky and lawn work, and object removal — and the photographer reviews and approves every image before delivery. Photo-Ready uses AI too: it reads a seller's phone photos and returns a room-by-room prep checklist before shoot day.

- How do I sign up or log in?
- Create an account at betterlistingmedia.com with email + password or Google, then work inside your workspace — your logged-in dashboard.
- What is a workspace?
- Your private working area — Studio (editing), bookings, listings, storefront, clients, calendar, and billing. Teams share one workspace with multiple seats.
- Can my team share an account?
- Yes — a workspace is shared by your whole team through multiple seats, so everyone works in the same Studio, bookings, listings, and billing.
Studio — AI photo editing
- What editing services do you offer?
- Studio's Services are HDR Merge, with fireplace lighting, sky replacement, screen replacement, and photographer and camera removal included, plus Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging and Multi-Perspective Staging. Everything is priced from one credit balance, and the editing tools in Studio handle the rest by hand.
- What is HDR merge?
- HDR Merge is the base edit for interiors and exteriors: it blends your exposures (or enhances a single frame) so windows aren't blown out and rooms look bright and natural. Fireplace lighting, sky replacement, screen replacement, and photographer and camera removal are included automatically, with no extra charge.
- What do sky replacement and object removal do?
- Sky replacement swaps a dull or overcast sky for a clean, natural blue one on exteriors. Object removal cleans up distractions — bins, cars, cords, clutter — so the space looks its best. Both keep the property's real structure intact.
Orders & delivery
- My order looks stuck or says processing forever.
- Sign in, open Help and choose "Check a shoot". The assistant reads the shoot's real status, tells you what happened, and runs any fix that's yours to run — like re-running photos our quality check flagged. If it's genuinely stuck or missing a group of photos, a specialist reprocesses it at no charge; if the output is actually fine, we'll explain what's happening.
- Some photos are missing from my delivery.
- Sign in, open Help and choose "Check a shoot" to see what happened to each photo in it. Photos that couldn't be edited have their credits returned, and a genuinely missing group can be reprocessed at no charge — choose "Have a specialist look" and a person takes it from there.
Billing & payments
- I want a refund, a reshoot, or a credit.
- If an edit came out wrong or an order failed, we re-edit or reprocess it at no charge. We don't offer cash refunds on completed digital work. Refunds, credits, cancellations, and account changes are always handled by a person — send us the details and we'll take a look.
- How does pricing work?
- Two ways to pay. A monthly plan includes editing credits each month along with Workspace, or you pay as you go with credit packs. Editing is metered in credits per image either way. Agents don't need an account: they book you on your storefront. The pricing page lists every plan and pack.
- Is there a free trial?
- Signing up is free and doesn't need a card, and you can pay as you go with credit packs. Every plan includes Workspace — your storefront, bookings, clients, invoicing, Photo-Ready links and branded delivery — and makes every edit cheaper. See the pricing page for current plans.
