Bookings andscheduling builtaround the shoot.
Every booking request, confirmed shoot, and personal commitment on one calendar, with weather that knows the difference between a drone day and an interior day.

A client just booked
Watch the requestbecome a shoot.
From the booking button on your storefront to the card in your camera, without retyping a thing.
- A request comes in
- The order opens itself
- The calendar sizes it up
- You confirm and shoot
A client books a package on your storefront. The request lands on your calendar with the property address already attached.
The booking becomes an order: the client, the address, the date and the Services they picked, with a status that moves as the job does.
Forecast at the shoot's own address, rated for that shoot type. Drive time from the previous job. Conflicts checked across every calendar you've connected.
Confirm the slot, get reminders on your terms, and walk in with the golden-hour window already scoped. On shoot day the phone matches the card to the booking.

What the calendar knows
A calendar that thinks in shoots.
The forecast is read at each booking's own address and judged against the shoot type, so a drone day and an interior day never get the same verdict.
Weather judged per shoot type
The same forecast means different things to different shoots. Exteriors want clear skies, virtual twilight bases prefer flat, even light, drone shoots add a wind gate, and interiors never trigger a weather warning.

Plays well with your other calendars
Connect Google Calendar to see everything side by side, and export any shoot as an .ics file or add it to Google or Outlook in one click.
Golden-hour and twilight windows
Sunrise and sunset at the property drive a golden-hour window and a blue-hour twilight window for on-site dusk shoots, shown right on the shoot's card.
Travel buffers and tight turnarounds
The calendar estimates the drive from your previous job and flags a tight turnaround before it becomes a late arrival.
A free-busy finder
Search for an open slot across bookings, personal events, and connected calendars, optionally holding a 30-minute travel buffer around existing commitments.
Reminders and weather alerts
Per-event reminders in the app, in the browser, or by email, plus an alert when an upcoming shoot's forecast turns poor for its shoot type.
Booking requests from your storefront land on the same calendar as confirmed shoots, personal blocks, and your connected Google calendar, in month, week, day, and agenda views. Drag to create, move, or resize; conflicts across calendars get caught before you double-book; and a free-busy finder digs out the next open slot when a client asks for one.

After the booking
The order keeps moving.
Every shoot is an order with a status, from the booking to the delivered photos. The calendar block opens it, and the client sees the same order on your storefront.

67%
of U.S. photographers are self-employed. The BLS lists scheduling, record-keeping, billing and advertising as part of that job.
Bookings and the calendar are the part of that job the Workspace takes on, so the scheduling runs where the orders already live.
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2025Questions
How does shoot-condition weather intelligence work?
Weather is fetched for each booking's own address (no default city and no location permission required) and judged against the shoot type derived from the ordered services. Clear skies rate great for exteriors, flat overcast light rates best for virtual twilight base shots, drone shoots add a wind gate around 20 mph, and interior or floor-plan work reads as any-weather so it never raises a false alarm. A mixed order is graded on its riskiest component.
Can I keep using Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar to see those events beside your bookings and catch conflicts across both. Any shoot exports as an .ics file or adds straight to Google or Outlook, so the rest of your life stays wherever it already lives.
What does the tight-turnaround flag actually check?
When two shoots sit back to back, the calendar estimates the drive between the two addresses and shows it on the job card. If the gap is thinner than the drive plus a sensible buffer, the second shoot gets flagged so you can move it before the day gets away from you.
Do storefront bookings show up automatically?
Yes. Requests placed through your booking form appear on the same calendar as everything else. You confirm them into shoots rather than re-typing them from an email.
