Better Listing Media LLC ("Better Listing Media," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Better Listing Media platform located at betterlistingmedia.com and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard information when you access or use our Platform and services, including but not limited to:
- Real estate photography booking services
- AI-assisted photo editing and media workflows
- Photographer and editor marketplace services
- Enterprise studio workflow tools

3. Information Received From Third Parties
We may receive information from trusted third-party providers used to operate the Platform, including:
Authentication Providers
If you sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google, we may receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This data is only received in accordance with the permissions you grant.
Property Data Providers
To assist with pricing and listing insights, we may retrieve property data from providers including Rentcast and Estated. Property estimates may be cached for up to 30 days.
Payment Processors
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We may receive limited metadata from Stripe including payment confirmation status, transaction identifiers, and payout confirmation information. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform. Primary uses include:
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Matching agents with qualified photographers
- Managing bookings and scheduling
- Processing payments and issuing payouts
- Delivering completed media assets
- Facilitating editing and AI processing workflows
- Sending booking confirmations and notifications
- Providing customer support
- Preventing fraud or platform abuse
- Complying with legal obligations
- Improving platform functionality and performance
We may also use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics and business insights.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. AI-Assisted Image Processing
Certain media editing workflows involve AI-assisted image processing tools integrated into the Platform. These systems may process uploaded media files to perform tasks including HDR merging, sky replacement, virtual twilight conversion, color correction, and virtual staging.
Images processed by AI tools are used solely to produce the requested editing results. We do not use client images to train third-party AI models without authorization.
6. How Information Is Shared
6.1 Marketplace Functionality
Because Better Listing Media operates a marketplace platform, certain information must be shared between participants to complete services. This includes agents seeing photographer profiles, photographers receiving property details for bookings, and editors receiving media files for editing. Only the minimum information necessary to complete the service is shared.
6.2 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers including cloud infrastructure providers, authentication and database hosts, payment processors (Stripe), analytics providers, AI image processing providers, and property data providers. These providers are contractually required to protect the confidentiality and security of the information.
6.3 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, government requests, or legal investigations. We may also disclose information when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
6.4 Business Transfers
If Better Listing Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, user information may be transferred to the successor entity. Users will be notified if their information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Typical retention periods:
- Account data — Retained until account deletion plus a 90-day grace period.
- Financial and transaction records — Retained for up to 7 years for accounting and tax compliance.
- RAW uploads — Deleted after editing completion.
- Delivered media — Retained for 30 days before automatic purge.
- Support communications — Retained for up to 3 years.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access control, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. While we implement strong safeguards, no method of internet transmission is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that impacts user rights, affected users will be notified in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. You may also object to certain data uses. Requests may be submitted to: support@visualadvantagemedia.com. We will respond within 30 days, subject to identity verification.
Residents of certain U.S. states (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah) may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Better Listing Media does not sell personal information as defined under these laws.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If such information is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.
11. International Data Transfers
The Platform operates in the United States. Users accessing the Platform from outside the U.S. acknowledge that their information may be transferred to and processed within the United States.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email notification or Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
