Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services purchased through the Better Listing Media platform ("Platform"), including photography bookings and AI editing services.
This Policy applies to all orders made through betterlistingmedia.com and is incorporated by reference into the Better Listing Media Terms of Service.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through the Platform. By completing a booking, the client agrees to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed photography booking more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled shoot time.
Rescheduling Fee: $19.99
Applied to all approved reschedules made more than 72 hours before the shoot.
Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot time may not be permitted and may require cancellation instead. Rescheduled bookings remain subject to photographer availability.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel a confirmed photography booking at any time prior to the scheduled shoot.
Cancellation Fee: $49.99
Applied to all cancellations prior to the scheduled shoot.
The cancellation fee compensates the Platform and the assigned photographer for reserved scheduling time and administrative costs.
4. Refunds
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Better Listing Media LLC.
When a refund is approved, it is issued exclusively in the form of platform credits applied to the customer's account. Platform credits:
- have no cash value
- may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account
- may be applied toward future services on the Platform
- do not expire during the period that the account remains active
Better Listing Media does not issue cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
For AI editing services, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellations After Photographer Arrival
If a photographer arrives at the scheduled property location and the shoot cannot be completed due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- property not ready
- client absence
- property access denied
- unsafe property conditions
the booking may be considered completed for billing purposes, and refunds may not be available.
6. No Refunds After Shoot Completion
Once a photography shoot has been completed, refunds are not available. Clients may request one round of minor revisions to the delivered media within 48 hours of delivery, as described in the Platform Terms of Service.
7. AI Editing Services
For AI editing services purchased on a pay-per-image or subscription basis:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- All approved refunds are issued as platform credits only
- Credits may be applied to any future service order
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan terms
8. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Better Listing Media support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Improper chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension
- recovery of administrative and chargeback fees
- restriction from future bookings
9. Platform Fees
Platform service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
10. Exceptions
Better Listing Media may issue platform credits or waive fees at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances including:
- photographer cancellation
- platform scheduling errors
- verified technical issues attributable to the Platform
