Delete your account

You can delete your Better Listing Media account, and the data in it, from the app, on the web, or without signing in. We email a link to your account's address to confirm. After you confirm, you have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in.

Three ways to start

In the app: Account → Delete account (at the bottom).
On the web: Account → Preferences → Delete account. Sign in
Here: enter your account's email below.

What happens to your data

You have 30 days to change your mind: sign back in and the deletion is cancelled. After that it can't be undone.

Unused credits are forfeited. They are not refunded when you delete your account.

Workspaces

Workspaces you own close for everyone in them. Their members keep their own accounts and are emailed the closing date.
Galleries you delivered keep working until the deletion date, then show “no longer available”.

Deleted

Your login, profile and photo, and every way you sign in (password, Apple, Google).
Your notification, security and app settings, and every signed-in device.
Your shoots' photos, edits, masks and delivery downloads, from our storage.
Your clients, listings and bookings, and your Photo-Ready requests.
Your storefront, its pages, media, inquiries and custom domain. It goes offline.
Any connection to Stripe, Square, Google Calendar or Outlook is disconnected at the provider.
You leave the workspace you belong to but don't own. They keep their own work.

Kept, as the law requires

Sales, payments, refunds and invoices, as financial records the law requires, for 7 years, no longer tied to your name.
Proof of the Terms you accepted and of any photo-rights confirmations, for 7 years, in case of a dispute.
Proof of your email-marketing choices, for 3 years. We never email you marketing again.
Your account's security log, for 90 days, to investigate misuse of the account.
